These specific herbs have been used in herbal tea drinks and even in vaginal steams and are known to aid in PMS and discomfort, hormonal imbalance, irregular cycles and overall reproductive health. 

Aromatherapy and mineral-rich salts enhance the natural healing and soothing effects of a warm bath while hydrating skin, reducing inflammation and making it extra soft. 

***Intended for use heading into, during and even post your Moon time. This blend of healing and antibacterial herbs can also be used as a sitz bath to reduce swelling, plus soothe and restore perineal tissue postpartum.

INGREDIENTS:

Salts of Epsom and raw dead sea; organic herbs of yarrow, motherwort, butterfly pea, red raspberry leaf, lemon balm, nettle, chamomile, rose petals and lavender; organic white willow bark powder; pure essential oils of lemongrass and rose

Ingredient Highlights:

Epsom Salts: mineral rich; Magnesium sulfate is vital for healthy hormone function and works to relax contracting uterine muscles and ease pain.

Yarrow: Incredibly diverse and beneficial for inflammation, menstrual cramps, night sweats and restlessness. Can also be used to reduce excessive bleeding.

Motherwort: Uterine tonic that helps relieve premenstrual tension and discomfort, reduce muscle cramping, regulate menstruation and even helps to bring on delayed periods.

Butterfly Pea: anti-inflammatory, analgesic (pain reliever), relaxes smooth vascular muscle; Used in treatment of irregular menstruation and problematic vaginal discharge.

Red Raspberry Leaf: hormone balancer, muscle relaxer; Contains tannins and fragarine which helps with PMS symptoms like cramping, nausea and vomiting, and diarrhea.

Lemon Balm: mild sedative, carminative (eases bloating), anti-viral, anti-spasmodic; Incredibly calming and can help ease irritability, insomnia and other PMS symptoms.

Nettle: Can help with excessive bleeding making the flow lighter, shortening period length and decrease the severity of cramps.

Chamomile: anti-inflammatory, analgesic (pain reliever), carminative (eases bloating), anti-spasmodic, wound healing; Helps to relax and calm body and mind.

  • Reusable cotton muslin bag and wooden mini scoop included!
  • While salt baths have so many beneficial effects, people who are under a doctor's care for any condition should consult their health care provider before taking salt baths. Do not ingest.

HOW TO USE: 

  • Place 4-5 heaping tablespoons into tub (or muslin bag) for bath soak
  • Add hot water to dissolve salts and begin brewing herbs
  • Add cooler water for a more comfortable temperature
  • Swirl around to help fully dissolve and distribute salts
  • Relax and Soak!
