Are your ingredients organic?

Although we are not certified organic, we strive to obtain many of our ingredients from pure and organic sources. If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to shoot us an email at karee@loveandnaturalco.com or fill out our contact form!

Are your products vegan?

Most of our products are vegan. None of our soaps are made from tallow or any other animal fats. All other oils in our products are plant-based oils. However, some of our products contain animal byproducts (honey and bees wax) for that extra oomph when you're looking for something that's even more nourishing and moisturizing.

Ingredient Information

Love & Natural uses natural ingredients in all of its products. However, it is still possible that you may be allergic to or experience an adverse reaction to certain ingredients. Always check the ingredient list for each product before purchasing or using the product! And check out our ingredient glossary for known allergens across all products!

If you ever have any concerns, always patch or spot test any new product by applying the product to a small section of your wrist and waiting 24 hours to see if you have a reaction before using the product.

If any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult with a medical professional.

 

Do you do custom or wholesale orders?

Yes! Submit your request by clicking the Contact Us page and we'll happily discuss pricing and options. 

Are your products 100% gluten and nut free?

No. We use colloidal oatmeal in some of our products and our products are NOT made in a nut-free environment.

Your products look and smell delicious! Can I eat them?

No. It's very tempting, but we do not recommend ingesting any of our products.

Do you accept returns and give refunds?

We will happily exchange product that is damaged in shipping or faulty.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, nor do we give refunds. If you're unsatisfied with your product, please contact loveandnaturalc@gmail.com and we'll be happy to discuss your concerns.
