Wholesale & White/Private Labeling Terms & Conditions
Hi and thank you for considering Love & Natural, LLC for your wholesale or white/private labeling product needs! We love our entrepreneurial customers and are always happy to share our products with new shops!
HOW TO ORDER:
You can order through our general shop Contact Us page or by emailing us directly at Karee@loveandnaturalco.com. Include a list of the product names and quantities you desire. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a drafted digital invoice and contractual agreement. Once you have reviewed such items and noted any necessary changes, we will then generate a final, updated contractual agreement outlining costs, terms and any noteworthy specifics of the agreement which may include the size of the order, delivery, pricing, payment terms and any specifics required in terms of marketing or branding our products, if applicable. After the contract has been signed/returned via email and deposit has been paid, order processing and/or production can begin.
STOCK:
If there is anything in the shop that has a lower stock than what you requested, you will be emailed and notified of a new production start date for the requested products.
WHOLESALE & WHITE/PRIVATE LABELING PRICING:
All prices are listed in US dollars. For WHOLESALE PURCHASE ORDERS, all authorized retailers will receive 40% off the MSRP for an MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) order, plus the cost of shipping. Additionally, should retailers order at three times MOQ or more, they will receive an additional 5%, for a total of 45% off the MSRP MOQ order, plus the cost of shipping. For WHITE/PRIVATE LABELING PURCHASE ORDERS, all authorized retailers will receive 35% off the MSRP for an MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) order, plus the cost of shipping. Additionally, should retailers order at three times MOQ or more, they will receive an additional 5%, for a total of 40% off the MSRP MOQ order, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will cover the shipping costs for any domestic orders over $500. We will cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments through USPS.
OPENING ORDERS:
Our MOQs or Minimum Order Quantities will vary from product to product. We offer two sizes for our body bars—the standard size, short 3 ½” wide bars (approximately 8oz), and tall skinny size, 2 ½” wide bars (approximately 7oz); An MOQ of 35 standard bars or an MOQ of 50 tall skinny bars of soap is required on opening orders that include soaps of various types and combinations (Combination examples: 35 Suit & Tie bars + 35 Spellbound bars + 50 Aloe Avocado bars). Please specify the desired size. For orders that are only body butter fusions or whipped sugar scrubs, we ask for an MOQ of 20 pieces. For orders that are only herbal balms or facial serums, we ask for an MOQ of 30 pieces. Contact us directly at Karee@loveandnaturalco.com for MOQs on all other products. We require a nonrefundable deposit that represents ½ the Cost of Product(s) ordered, excluding shipping costs and taxes. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid in full before items are shipped out. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.

RE-ORDERS:
$200 minimum order is required for re-orders. If you are one of our returning vendors and wish to pay in full within 7 days of your order, let us know and we will update your invoice. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 7 days past due.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to karee@loveandnaturalco.com within 48 hours.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payments through Shopify Payments which include, but are not limited to, most credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal are all accepted forms of payment.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. If inventory on soaps are too low and production of the soap is necessary, please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to ship as soaps have a curing time of at least 4 weeks. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Love & Natural directly at Karee@loveandnaturalco.com within 5 days of receipt of defective orders and ship a defective sample back to L&N. If Love & Natural, in its sole discretion, agrees that products are non-conforming or defective, and that the cause is determined to be the fault of L&N, then L&N shall have reasonable time to resolve the issue.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale and White/Private Labeling merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
CONSIGNMENT:
Currently, we are not able to do consignment.
